Print-on-Demand Items:

As each print-on-demand product is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake with your order or the product is defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Custom Hand-Painted Products:

Each custom hand-painted item is uniquely made to your specifications, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. We encourage you to double-check your order details (including any personalization requests) before finalizing your purchase. If there is an issue with the quality of the painting or if we made an error in your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn and unused) with all packaging intact.
  • Custom items and print-on-demand products are only eligible for return or exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you are unsure about the fit, color, or other details before placing an order, please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
